Turn on the four main sanctuary lights and the spotlights.
Bonus: turn on the baptismal lights (located in Room 102; go through the door leading to the baptismal, on the right wall)
Locate the heat pump remote on the A/V table
Walk up to each of the three "mini split" heat pump units in the sanctuary (you need to be close!) and press the ON/OFF button to power them on. You may need to press it twice.
Note that during the winter, the "sun" icon should appear on the remote. During the summer, the "snow" icon should appear instead. If it does not, press the "MODE" button until the correct icon shows. If the heat pump unit displays "dF", press MODE until the correct icon appears.
The unit should show a reasonable temperature (low 70s.)
Get the A/V laptop and mouse off the A/V bookshelf
Insert the following cables:
Power cord (likely on the floor)
HDMI cable (likely on the A/V table)
Mouse
Audio cable (green-ish, likely on the A/V table)
Camera cable (likely on top of the sound board)
Open and power on the A/V laptop
Note that this does not need to be done immediately. As long as the stream is started before 10am, anytime is fine.
Open Chrome and go YouTube Studio.
Make sure you are logged in as streaming@gfcsc.org. The login should be on the laptop.
Find the upcoming stream called "GFC Service <Date>" and click the video.
Click "Go live".
Fold up the cover and place it somewhere out of the way.

Locate the remote below the TV.
Aim it at the TV and press the power button.
#1: Locate the HDMI Splitter Remote near the sound board
#2: Aim it at the IR receiver on the HDMI Splitter
#3: Firmly press each of the leftmost column of buttons, one at a time.
#4: Select "Call Using Internet Audio"
#5: Turn on audio & video
#6: Set view to "Gallery View"
#7: Verify that the podium is appropriately framed in the camera
Find the USB drive on the AV bookshelf
Carefully insert it into the USB slot on the sound board
Open the microphone drawer in the rack next to the sound board.
Set out the handheld mic on the podium
Set out the preacher lapel on the top of the rack. This includes:
The black "pack"
The over-ear wired mic inside the black zipper pack
Note: there is also a wireless guitar pack & cable available if need be.
If the sanctuary projector will be used:
Locate the projector remote.
Aim at the projector (it should work from the A/V table, or most places in the room) and press the power button.
The projector will take 30-60 seconds to warm up.
Once the picture begins to appear, press the A/V Mute button on the remote.
This turns off the image for 20 minutes (?). After that time, an "eco" message will appear on the screen for several seconds, and then the projector will power off.
Press the A/V mute button again when you're ready to present.
Press the Power button twice to power off when done.
Press "HOME". If the LCD does not show "GFC" in the upper left, you must load the GFC "Scene".
In the "Scenes" section at the right of the sound board, press the "VIEW" button.
Press "PREV" or "NEXT" until the appropriate GFC Scene is selected, then press "GO"
These buttons are all in the "Scenes" section.The prompt above will appear. Press "YES" (under "PAGE SELECT", to the right of the LCD screen.)
