Remove the USB drive from the sound board and place it into an available USB slot in the A/V laptop
This should automatically open a File Explorer window
Open the Dropbox link on the Desktop, then select the GFC Sermons folder.
Move (or copy-then-delete) the sermon audio (a .wav file) from the USB drive to the GFC Sermons folder.

The iPad and stand
The iPad audio box
The A/V laptop
Wait until Dropbox is no longer uploading the sermon audio
Shut down Windows and close the laptop, then put the laptop, mouse, and USB drive back on the shelf
The sanctuary TV
The fellowship hall iPad & TV (though the small group leaders will probably do this for you.)
The projector (if used)

Heat pumps
All audio equipment
Also, leave the sound board uncovered.
